[...] I’ve finally decided to switch to Google Reader permanently. I probably have been procrastinating in doing this for a long time since I’ve been using it for quite some time and am rather fond of it. :( Unfortunately, the incessant downtimes and also irregularities in feeds being updated recently was probably the final straw.
Hi
We had a network outage at around 6pm PDT. It unfortunately meant that we weren't accessible for about 30 minutes, but the systems themselves still running. Regardless, it did mean that you couldn't access your feeds and I'm sorry for the loss of service. Hopefully you weren't interrupted for too long.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks for your continual usage of Bloglines and I hope you'll stay with us. We've got some new features coming out which I think you'll find much use out of!

Regards
Danny Chi
